Setting up tables, equipment, and other
accessories.
- Sunday morning equipment tear-down
Dismantling Sunday morning equipment and
accessories.
- Snack prep
Planning and setting up food products for Sunday
morning.
- Deacon duties
Carrying out practical needs
of CCA leadership; running errands, taking
assignments.
- Transportation service
Picking up persons
who need rides for Sunday meetings.
- Visitation
Paying visits to the sick,
elderly, or people who have otherwise indicated
that they wish a visit; Welcome wagon visits for
newcomers to Columbus area.
- Media sales
Setting up and manning tables
for literature and CD’s, keeping record of
sales, keeping and transporting sales items week
to week.
- Audio assistant
Assist in all areas related
to audio recordings.
- Property prep
Snow removal.

- Greeter
Befriending newcomers on Sunday
morning.
- Usher
Assisting people in finding their way
around the meeting facility.
- Tech team
Assist in needs related to
computers or other equipment.
- Children’s services
Teaching lessons, doing
crafts, or assisting those who do.
- Web site maintenance
Responsible for
working with web master to keep CCA site
updated.
- Sunday Video presentation
Must be willing
to learn Media Shout & Power Point programs and
prepare them for weekly use.
- Music
Singing or musical instruments or
worship leading.
- Gospel Team
Participates in regular
outreach activities of all
kinds.
- Writing
Writing or editing the CCA
newsletter; writing for the CCA website;
occasionally drafting press releases for area
newspapers.
- Public Relations
Cultivate key contacts in
the greater Columbus area on behalf of CCA;
engage in marketing strategies to heighten
church profile in the community.
- Activities
Planning and carrying out church
activities such as picnics and other outings.
